Take fast, accurate measurements on any worksite with the Empire 10m Magnetic Tape Measure. The tape measure’s TPR housing provides an ergonomic, comfortable grip while protecting the tape inside from damage. The frame is also reinforced in 5 strategic locations for increased drop protection.

This Empire tape measure has up to 3m standout to give you more reach – great for working solo. The True Zero double hook allows you to get exact internal and external measurements directly from the hook or magnet (no adding or subtracting necessary), and its magnetic hook is ideal for working with metal (e.g. steel studs).

The blade features high-contrast markings on both sides with vertically faced markings on the back, making it easy to read from any direction. The nylon-fused blade shield prevents the tape from tearing while protecting the markings from wear and tear. The tape also features an architect’s scale (1:20 and 1:50) on the rear to assist with blueprint readings.

A blade lock and finger stop give you ultimate control when extending and retracting the blade. The blade lock is recessed, reducing the overall size and increasing comfort when locking the blade. The compact 99mm body and flat heel help eliminate the guesswork when taking internal measurements – simply add 99mm to your measurement.

This 10m tape measure also features a stainless-steel tape bumper, which helps guide the blade and reduces the risk of damage to the edge of the blade (reducing premature wear, tear and warping).

The wire form belt clip allows you to rapidly attach/remove the Empire tape measure without tearing your pocket or toolbelt. The belt clip is firmly fastened to the tape measure with 3 screws – no more breaking belt clips! It’s also lanyard ready, so you can tether it when working at heights.
