1. You, as the buyer are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased;

Adelaide Tools offers insurance as an option for all purchases. This insurance is provided by the Third Party shipping carrier and is optional at the discretion of the buyer. Adelaide Tools does not accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit.
